Terms & Conditions – DropTaxiPro

1. Booking and Service

• All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Ensure the correct pickup and drop details while booking.
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or other external factors are not our responsibility.

2. Payment

• Fares will be communicated at the time of booking or before starting the ride.
• Additional charges (like tolls, waiting time, etc.) may apply.
• Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup.
• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without notice may be charged full fare.

4. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully with the driver.
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal activity is allowed in the vehicle.
• Damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged accordingly.

5. Liability

• DropTaxiPro is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• While we take safety seriously, we are not liable for accidents, delays, or events beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

DropTaxiPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
